Fifteen year old Adam Avin, created the Wuf Shanti Children’s Wellness Foundation, to teach mindfulness, so children can live in health and wellness, peace and positivity. Knellee has been a student of meditation and Present Moment Awareness for over 30 years, serves on various community mind body committees and boards, and has designed curricula and taught Mindfulness, SEL and Emotional Intelligence to youth and disabled individuals, teachers, counsellors, youth workers, health practitioners, veterans, business and community leaders in English and Spanish throughout the Americas.
