Session Title:  Using mindfulness based programs as scaffolding for teachers and children.

I began meditating, using the mind’s eye, at a very young age. I’ve also enjoyed learning yoga, Tai Chi and Wing Chun Kung Fu. Recently, I began creating my own style of mindful movements, designed for children, which I call ‘Flow Form’. I also have a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons). My thesis topic was improving wellbeing through the use of mindfulness and sound. I teach workshops for adults and children and create online content via blogging, online courses, YouTube and Facebook.

David has been working with children in educational and clinical settings for the past decade. His work has led him to become as preschool teacher, preschool site-supervisor, and is currently an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.
